Designed as a celebration of French cuisine, the "Goût de France / Good France" event on March 21 is an initiative of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse. It will be a real gastronomic festival across 5 continents with more than 3200 restaurants and 150 embassies taking part. STAUB will be playing a role, too!
"Goût de France / Good France" is an incredible event promoting the French way of life, local French products and France as a tourist destination.
3200 chefs across the world and 150 embassies will be demonstrating their creativity within the set framework which asks them to serve an aperitif, a starter, one or two main courses, the French incomparable cheeses and a dessert, accompanied by French wines and champagne. It is clear that this celebration of good taste, in both the gastronomic and figurative senses of the phrase, of sharing and of great food moments would not be complete without STAUB.
Today, the French brand STAUB symbolises culinary excellence, authentic cuisine, the emergence of flavours but also ease of use. The Cocotte, for example, goes with elegance from the kitchen to the table. Guests are always delighted to find this symbol of traditional French cuisine in the middle of the table as it often brings back wonderful memories of family kitchens full of emotion and taste. French dishes are also creations of chefs. The profession has an enormous amount of confidence in the products of STAUB due to its high quality and excellent cooking results. In France almost half of all Michelin starred chefs work with STAUB products.

Worldwide, there are currently more than 3200 restaurants registered to take part.
