- Heat a little olive oil in the HEXAGON Sauté Pan and add the garlic clove.
- When the garlic is hot, braise the spinach, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mackerel fillets with the smoked bacon on the bed of spinach.
- Sprinkle the mackerel fillets with the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and simmer in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
