Wok Turkey stir fry with ginger sauce

  • Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, cube the turkey meat.
  • Mix the starch, the five-spice mixture and the pepper and turn the meat within in it.
  • Fry and season.
  • Chop the chili and garlic, crush the spring onions and cook it all together with ginger.
  • Thin, bind and season with the broth, sauce and wine.
