  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  • Mix the eggs (whole and yolk) with the sugar until the mixture goes pale.
  • Add the flour followed by the crème fraîche.
  • Place the raspberries in the ramekins then pour over the mixture.
  • Bake for 45 min (but check after 30 min as ovens may vary).
  • Serve hot or cold.

20 g flour
