Wok Steamed fish

  • While cooking mix in the garlic clove and the vegetables.
  • Add the ketchup, roasting juice, spices and sauces and bring to the boil.
  • Sprinkle the fish with a few drops of lemon juice, season with the other spices and steam for about 45 minutes.

1 tbsp. sesame oil

1 garlic clove (chopped)

1 onion, chopped

1/2 a red and green bell pepper, diced

1/4 lbs beansprouts

3 Chinese mushrooms, cut into strips

4 tbsp. ketchup

1/2 cup roasting juice

1 tbsp. each honey, vinegar and Soy sauce

1 or 2 tbsp. mango chutney

3/4 lbs. fish fillets, cut into cubes

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/2 tsp. five-spice mixture
