Paul Bocuse was one of the most famous chefs worldwide and a mentor to thousands of culinary professionals. He dedicated his life to cooking and inspiring others to be adventurous in the kitchen. Not only did he receive three Michelin-stars since 1965, but his dedication to promoting French gastronomy was instrumental in creating the culinary world we have today.
Although he is no longer with us, we are thankful to have his recipes, which are a reflection of who he was: simple, accessible and authentic. Staub had the great honor to collaborate with Mr. Bocuse for 20 years. We thank him deeply for his partnership and for being such a wonderful ambassador for French cuisine.
